I was a bit hesitant to purchase an item like this sight unseen from Amazon, but I needed a mirror in a jiffy, and the price was compelling. When it arrived, I have to admit that I was shocked by how nice this is. Very high quality materials, this mirror is heavy, in a good “this is what a quality product weighs” kind of way. Compared to prices for similar products at PB, C&B, W-S, and others, this was an amazing value. It looks great, installed easily, and the price was right. One of my best home improvement purchases in the past year, hands down.

This came well protected in It’s shipping package. It’s a nice mirror with no distortion. The frame is good. I selected the brushed bronze. It’s pretty heavy. I don’t plan to hang it until I get until get a proper mounting bracket, it’s much too heavy to be supported using the hardware provided in drywall alone. I really wish I could have given it five stars. It would have looked nicer if the edge was beveled, especially since the glass is “floating” so that it doesn’t touch the frame. I wasn’t able to find my unicorn 🦄

I bought a similar mirror off Wayfair that was twice as expensive and it ended up not sitting flush on the wall. I replaced it with this and I am very pleased. The quality is good and it looks great. This was exactly what I was looking for!

This mirror is exactly what I was looking for. The gold rim is subtle and is was more brassy, which is what I was looking for. It looks and feels expensive, feels solid.

This mirror is beautiful. It’s not the lightest but that’s a good thing. Very sturdy and arrived without a scratch, break, or dent. The attached hanger loops are put on in the exact same spot on each side so figuring out the measurements for installing the wall hangers was easy. The wall hangers they included was a nice touch I didn’t expect. Makes taking it on and off the wall much easier. Great product!

Was heavier than expected (heavier than our old medicine cabinet with lighting built in) so we did add some extra inexpensive L shaped brackets below to ensure the weight was supported…though I don’t know that it was needed. We wanted to be sure! The mirror itself needs to be cleaned with brand name windex or it looks foggy/distorted, but when cleaned with the right cleaner it’s crisp and clear. Happy with the purchase!

This is my second Andy Star mirror in my home, and I am so happy with the build quality, the color of the metal, and the clarity of the mirror. I recently remodeled a bathroom with Kohler brushed nickel fixtures, and this matches perfectly. I bought the Kohler mirror for comparison, but the quality of it was so poor compared to the Andy Star one. The Kohler one has scuffs and marks all along the fine metal edge, and there was an obvious seam in the metal right at the top so the vanity light highlighted the seam even more. In contrast, the Andy Star mirrors have NO SEAM. If you have great attention to detail, you will be very happy with this mirror. This will be my go-to brand for future mirror purchases in my home as well.

Unfortunately the wall I was mounting it on had the stud dead center, instructions say NOT to run a wire from the two hanging brackets so I ordered a French cleat (also from Amazon) , cut it down to 23 1/2” inches (was a 30” French cleat), drilled a few holes and mounted it using all of the same screws the original brackets used. Was able to use two construction screws near the center to mount the half of the cleat to the stud in the wall and drywall anchors to support the ends. Now this mirror isn’t going anywhere. Overkill? Maybe. It’s going to hanging over a very expensive pedestal sink in a powder room and I’m not taking any chances.
