I got these so my dog would stop crumpling up the rug when he runs to the door. I only needed one corner (on hardwood) and it no longer moves. Its seems to peel back off easily too when we no longer need it.

On the recommendation from a friend I tried these. My kitchen mat constantly slides on my new vinyl floor. These keep it in place, without damaging the new floor. I also use them on my bathroom throw rugs. Although the rugs have a rubber backing, the ends kept curling up, no matter how often I tried to turn the ends under. Now they don’t curl.

These were absolutely amazing! I set them up, the rugs never moved! I took the rugs off, washed them and tried to place back on the stickies and they don’t hold the rug anymore! I’m so sad about it! They stick to the floor AMAZING though! I wish I could get a replacement and more help with having them last after I wash my rugs

Boy these are really sticky! Be sure you take time to carefully line it up with wherever you are placing it ‘Cause once it lands on a surface, you will have a difficult time getting it off. These are one of the thinnest I could find when researching here for a slim-profile sticker. They are perfect for my slim entry carpet pieces that have slippery bottoms. Once I got 5 squares on it’s backside, I carefully turned it over, and accurately got it smack-dab on target on the floor, exactly where I wanted it (so pleased with myself – I am a perfectionist). It is in a high traffic and trip-potential spot. It wont budge and the trip-potential corners are securely stationed on the floor. Its had 2 months of footwork so far and no trips or errors.

“The Home Techpro Rug Grippers are a game-changer for keeping my rugs in place! They work perfectly on hardwood floors, ensuring the rugs don’t slip or bunch up. The reusable adhesive is a great feature, making them easy to reposition and clean. A must-have for anyone with rugs on hard surfaces!

The Home Techpro Rug Grippers are a great solution for keeping area rugs securely in place on hardwood floors. I have tried many products, and this one does an excellent job of preventing slipping and curling. The double-sided adhesive holds the rug firmly, making walking safer and more comfortable without worrying about tripping or sliding.
However, I did experience an issue with the adhesive pulling fibers through my more delicate rugs, which unfortunately caused significant holes. If you have thicker or sturdier rugs, this product works beautifully. You may need to be cautious when applying and removing the grippers for lighter or delicate rugs.
Overall, these rug grippers are highly effective for keeping rugs in place and are reusable, which is a major plus. I just recommend testing them first on a small area, especially with more delicate materials.

Very pleased with this product. It was inexpensive and easy to apply. It’s easier for me to take care of rugs, rather than to maintain a laminated floor. There’s walking traffic, which includes a large dog. I vaccum these rugs, and they don’t move at all. The corners stay down! I did have to adjust one rug, to straighten it out. I didn’t have a problem pulling up the rug and reapplying it to the laminated flooring. I highly recommend this product.

This produce was recommended to me by a friend for a hallway runner because we have cats who run up and down the hallway and always displace it. We put these grippers down a few days ago, and the runner hasn’t moved at all! It’s doing exactly as advertised and they were very easy to place.

They are thin profile and very sticky. Do recommend.

This review is for the Home Techpro 12pc Gripper for Rug for Hardwood Floors.
The Good: They grip REALLY well!
The Bad: I’m fairly certain that they won’t easily come off whatever you stick them to (on the rug/fabric side), and if you can get them off, they may not go back on.
The Ugly: My dog almost pulled me off balance playing tug on his dog bed after setting it up with these things!
The Long Review: First of all, they say that they are reusable, but I don’t know if that’s accurate or not. Time will tell, but I have a feeling that it’s more of a “One and done” situation, and even if it is, I’m telling you right now – they’re worth it.
We have a pair of adorable 50lb+ dogs in our home, and one of their favorite hobbies as puppies is to powerslide on their dog bed while they’re chasing one another. As I’m sure you can imagine, this causes all sorts of issues – not the least of which is, it’s unsafe for them. If they’re sliding around and knock into each other or into furniture, injuries can happen.
So, to resolve that issue, I bought these Grippers from Home Techpro. It came with 12, but we have a 2’x3′ dog bed to control, so I only used 4 grippers – one at each corner. After setting them up, I tested it out by stepping on the bed, shifting and shimmying on it, twisting and shouting, and there may have even been a mashed potato dance move thrown in for good measure. Nothing. Solid as a rock. Okay!
Next, I had the dogs run around and just check it out (best way to get them to investigate something is to ignore it) and they recognized very quickly that it didn’t slide anymore. Were they disappointed? Not in the least! I actually found out that they had been AVOIDING it because they enjoy tug of war with each other, and if one was lying down enjoying a chew toy, the other could come by, grab the toy and drag the toy, dog and bed, across the floor.
Now, the bed gave them a comfort and confidence that it wasn’t going anywhere – color me impressed! But then of course, my wife says, “Play tug of war with Linus and see if it holds!” and I foolishly listened. You see, under normal circumstances, he and I would tug back and forth, but ultimately, I’d drag him across the floor while he was standing on the bed. Yeah, that didn’t happen.
Those grippers held firm, and so did our adorable pup…who proceeded to give me one of his powerful twist-and-yank moves, that normally don’t do much….because normally he doesn’t have traction! This time around, his twist-and-yank move had me saying, “OOF!” as I desperately tried to not lose my balance and fall on the floor (I didn’t…but barely managed to stay standing).
Linus seemed quite pleased with himself, and I was quite pleased with my purchase. Even though my arm’s still a bit sore.
Final Thoughts: These grippers are fantastic, hold fast even through horseplay (errr, dogplay?) but I question their re-usability – only because I haven’t tested it out. The grip strength is no joke – they hold fast, just make sure the surfaces being attached to are CLEAN and free of debris. For the price, these are a no-brainer. I’d grab 2x as many as I think I’d need, just so I can have extras for other projects in the future.
