The picture was taken during the daytime with no lights on in the room. These gray curtains aren’t fully black out, but they do block some light. They keep the street lights from coming through the window at night and they block enough light to let us sleep comfortably in the early morning hours. The quality of the fabric is nice. It’s sturdy and the seams are in great shape. We’ll be keeping these. Great purchase for the price.

Didn’t think they would work. But even tho they are black out curtains they still let the sun light in during the day but you can’t see anything from outside ☺️

I bought these to replace the curtains in the living room. I had spent too much time going from store to store as I attempted to find something I like. The main drawback with many of the ones I saw in store was the feel of the material, the perceived quality-price ratio and the size. Because I bought the 46 wide the order took a few days to arrive. They were worth the wait. Easy to put up, the look great.

All I needed were curtains that truly, completely, and thoroughly block out sunlight. Spoiler alert — these are the ones!
Some reviews mention that the curtains don’t hold back sunlight well, but here in Chicago, they do an excellent job. You know, it can even get chilly here, and these curtains keep the heat in as well.
Having shared the main point, which is that they fulfill their intended purpose, let’s take a look at their appearance. And let’s even feel them!
The material is pleasant to the touch — although that’s not particularly important since we won’t be touching them often. Additionally, it’s thick, as expected from blackout curtains.
They are sewn neatly, with no loose threads, and the seams are straight.
In conclusion: a great purchase for the price!

This review is for Easy-Going Blackout Curtains for Bedroom, Solid Thermal Insulated Grommet and Noise Reduction Window Drapes, Room Darkening Curtains . It’s hard to judge what to buy b/c I think these companies combine their reviews for several different items & most ppl don’t specify what exactly they got. I ordered these in Ivory and they look more of a cream or soft yellow. Def not the shade I was aiming for. However these are nice & soft material, no wrinkles. This color is light filtering which is what I want b/c my LR doesn’t get much light. Idk how effective they would be in winter. They are not heavy but not super lightweight either. Overall they are nice quality but the color is what will make me send them back. My pictures show how they look at different times of day for reference.

I was very pleased with these two panels. Material is so soft and elegant, definitely worth what you pay for. The only minor thing I’d say about this is that one of the panels came with a dark spot but luckily it’s not really noticeable.

El color se ve un poco distinto a la imagen ya que esperaba un verde olivo, pero de acuerdo con la descripción sí son de un tono verde grisáceo.
Bloquean muy bien la luz de día, por lo que recomiendo escoger un color oscuro si eso es lo que se desea. La tela es muy suave y quedaron perfectamente a la medida de mi ventana.

These darkening curtains are gorgeous, they hang nice, the green is so pretty, material feels nice and very durable, out of all the things I’ve ordered from Amazon, these would be one of my all time favorites
