Got this for my dad for Christmas this year. He is an avid fisherman, catch and release, and we always joke at how bad he his because he always catches little guys. (Not our fault the lake is stocked with small fish lol) but got this for dad and he LOVED IT. he did not celebrate Christmas growing up, and even though he has for over 40 years now he never ever had an advent calendar or even knew what it was. I saw this and knew it was for him. He had a BLAST opening every single one and LOVED every single Lure that came in it. They are all high quality and he could not stop smiling while opening them. He cannnot wait for spring to start fishing with them! Highly recommend to the special fisherman in your life!

I was hoping the items would be hidden and numbered so my son could count down the days to Christmas. When he opened it he was able to see them all in one shot so it defeated the purpose of calling it an advent calendar. The items seem to be decent quality but it was purchased more for the fun of it so not useful in my case.
