I don’t use the alarm clock but some of the reviews on that sound like a nightmare. It’s not quite a year since I purchased this clock, but it’s getting rather creative with the display. It turns off/goes extremely dark and only comes on occasionally. When the numbers are visible, at this point, they pulsate which is interesting but not something I’d want my clock to do. It’s just messing with me at this point no doubt before it totally times out. Too bad because the display is big and easy to read and the dimmer was great. Back to try and find another clock.
EDITED 8-9-23: So I have never used the alarm clock feature, but I have now experienced it,… about 10-12 times in the span of 6 hours. Thankfully it lost total control of its faculties before bed time. I thought I might squeeze a few more weeks out of the clock, but no luck here. Didn’t get a full year out of it, so sad.

This is not a generic alarm clock. It’s an excellent alarm clock. Not only I can charge my phone, I can dim the lights so I can sleep better without the glare. The sound options are great since it has a variety to choose from.

The clock looks nice and has simple, useful controls. However, it simply can’t keep time accurately.
Maybe my model is just a lemon, but within 2 days of setting the correct time, the clock is running about 3 to 4 minutes behind.

Alarm clock is as described and I’m pleased with this small clock with all the features I was looking for.
However be forewarned that the whole clock is very light , with all the buttons ( except for the snooze button) at the back. Whenever I want to charge my phone , use the light dimmer or set my alarm or reset it, I have to move the whole clock all around & the clock keeps moving back & forth to the front…which is annoying!

2ND UPDATE: I emailed the shop that was on the warranty card and they quickly got to my concerns and sent me a new one! The clock works good and nothing has gone wrong so far! Customer service is awesome! Company is great and would def buy again!
UPDATE: All of sudden the alarm stopped working. I noticed the time was different and hours later I noticed it hasn’t changed time. Ive unplugged and plugged back in the outlet over and over until it seemed like it work. I got to change the time and all but the next day the time was still the same as when I set it up. Sad bc it only worked for almost a month.
Needed an alarm clock for my kids to be able to see and read. Loved that it had different alarm sounds because beeping ain’t it. Easy to use!

I’ve been using this a few weeks now.
Haven’t tried the USB port so can’t comment on that.
Pros:
– easy to use – buttons are at the back but one of them has a tactile bell picture so it’s extremely easy to set without looking at the back. Intuitive operation.
– brightness adjustment – wonderful, it’s just a wheel at the back, again easy to do without looking. But I will say, it does NOT go down to 0%, even at the lowest setting it’s still visible if it’s dark in the room, but it’s so faint that it doesn’t bother me. Some might even like that it can get so dark and yet you can still see the time.
– 24-hour option
– two dots between hours and minutes do NOT blink
Cons:
– grad-u-wake is really not that gradual, this was a big disappointment. It basically wakes me up immediately, and then it gets slightly louder but not much. Very small change in volume. There IS a volume control at the back, a wheel, but if you set it quieter then it stays quieter and might not wake you up. I’ve had other grad-u-wake alarm clocks in the past that were much better.
– Very few sound options, although I guess most alarm clocks only give you one, so can’t complain.
– The plug is a bit on the large side, if you’re using a power bar it would take up two spots. But the cord is fairly long, thin, and white (for the white alarm clock), so that’s all good. And of course it’s two-pronged, so you have two ways to plug it in.

I ordered this clock shortly before Christmas because it has USB port to enable the charging of my tablet. The clock was easy to set time, has dimmer for display and small footprint. It was exactly what I needed. One small problem, USB was defective. Contacted customer service via email and they responded within 24 hours as promised. I was asked to plug in different cord and different item to confirm defect which was totally reasonable. I informed them still wasn’t working. Within lest than a week new clock arrived the day after Christmas. Can’t say enough, great customer service. Don’t find it much these days.

I was looking for a bedside clock that is dimmable from zero to bright without having to choose a switch setting (i.e. 5 different brightness settings). This clock (I have the white model with white light) allows for easy dimming by a wheel on the right side of the back. Easy to adjust with one hand and without looking. It is very easy to set and to switch between 12- and 24-hour modes. It has a number of different alarm tones ranging from the classic loud sounds to very cheerful bird chirping and other white “noise”. It is easy to set the volume for the alarm too. The snooze button on top is large enough to hit it with the eyes closed. I am very happy with this clock because I was looking for something simple, yet adjustable. There is a USB plug-in to charge a phone or to use for other devices. It requires three AAA batteries (not included) to protect it from being affected by power outages. I put the batteries in before I connected the clock to the electrical wall outlet. I like to keep the brightness very low at night and need it to be very bright during the day.
