Easy to install. Blocks out the sun. The double sided sticky dots could be better. They don’t hold up well with the heat from the sun.

Others have said the material is thin as paper. It is thin but good quality vinyl that will not tear.
I found it easy to cut to my needed dimensions.
I used a staple gun to attach it to my walls so cannot speak to the longevity of the velcro dots. The dots have extremely sticky glue so I am sure they will stay stuck unless the wall gets so hot as to melt the glue.
I like the stars and moon design. Looks better than plain black.
I found it easy to iron out the folds with a warm iron.
The silver side is not blinding silver but more of a Grey tint. This makes the outside of the window more attractive.

This was much easier to install than the static cling alternative and more effective than curtains since it covers the whole window and reflects more light. My picture shows regular blackout curtains on the left and this product on the right – covering the smaller window. Just covering the two small windows in that room helped cool it down a bit.
My only problem was not being able to iron out the creases but that didn’t affect it anyway since I pulled it right when sticking it to the dots on the wall. It would have been a bit easier to measure precisely if I could have made it totally flat but that didn’t seem worth taking off a star, especially since it maybe possible but I was too nervous to increase the heat on my iron past the very low “synthetics” setting.
I was impressed by how easy it was to cut without damaging this very thin fabric. It didn’t fray at all when I used scissors, exacto knife, or a sliding paper cutter.
The dots are very sticky but I was able to reposition the one that I accidentally put on the painted wall in the wrong place (without damage to wall or loss of adhesive power). The Velcro also sticks to each other very tight and seems to be high quality. I have not tried using the other adhesive dots yet.

I can’t say enough good things about these blackout curtains! Not only do they completely block out light and help keep our room cool, but the quality is top-notch. The fabric is thick and soft, and they’ve truly made a difference in our sleep quality. But the real standout was the company itself – they went above and beyond in ways you rarely see these days.
When we received our order, we were blown away by all the extras they included. These are little touches that most companies wouldn’t think to include, but they make a big difference! It’s clear they really care about their customers and want you to have a great experience.
Overall, I highly recommend these curtains – both for the amazing quality and the exceptional service!

These pics were taken at 11am after I slept amazing through the morning after work. Folded in half, hung it over a hanger, it fit perfect in my window frame. I wouldn’t dare trust adhesive anything to hold it up- the moisture level here is far too high.

Kept the room very dark and it was easy to install and use, but I installed it on a south-facing window and the velcro pads would detach from the window because of the heat. I think the adhesive would melt and that would cause the pad on the window would detach and stay attached to the velcro on the shade. Make sure you measure the window and the shade perfectly to make sure you cut it to the correct size! This would probably be better for a temporary solution or a window that doesn’t get quite as much sun as mine.

The actual blackout piece does its job. If it’s up, your room will be dark as all heck and you won’t be able to see any light come in. The most problem is the little sticky things you get with it WILL NOT HOLD IT. I even got some strong ones which I saw were recommended by some other people who bought this. But they didn’t stick either. I also have an additional regular blackout curtain on top of this. They work well together. I just hate to see ANY light in my room. I work grave shift so that’s important. This is good for the price but I definitely recommend finding an alternative adhesive. Keep in mind if you find something better it may take paint off your wall when you remove it (happened to me). I think one of the e better options may actually be sewing a Velcro piece into the material itself or whatever other curtain you have on top of it (if you do).

Durable, easy to cut and hang, and blocks out all the light. Helps keep the room cooler as well. Very happy with my purchase.
