I like these valances. They are flannel and I ironed them before putting up. I like a fuller valance so I used two valances on one window.

Love the softness of the fabric. Only issue I had was they weren’t all the same length. All were slightly different. I ended up having to hem all of them to make them even. I have 3 windows right next to each other so it was really noticeable. If that wasn’t an issue I would of given 5 stars.
