I hate to use a cliché, but what’s not to like?
they are simple, sturdy, made of beefy metal,
apparently cast iron, with a dullish matte black finish,
the design is graceful, timeless, excellent.
I bought a pair of them. the spiral forms ones.
in my photo, you can see that I did not use
a dripless candle which, actually, I usually use.
I’d like to find some affordable dripless slow burning
beeswax candle for these.

Was pleased with the finish and look of these. Only issue I have, is finding a good fit with the candles I have. Seems to be an ongoing challenge finding good fitting holders and candles. Nothing seems to be standardized as far as dimensions between the two.

Decent holders for candles. Just did not realize there is a tiny hole in the bottom that allows the wax to seep out and run all over the place causing a waxy mess. Definitely get the candle wax drip cups to use with these. Otherwise, you will be cleaning up spilled wax. Hole size is for thick candles only. But if you get the foil drip cups, then you can squeeze the foil around the base of skinny candles in order for them to fit inside the holders. Besides those two things, decent holders for candles.

We use these to keep our battery operated window lights in during the holidays. I love how they look so classic sitting in our window sills. They are heavy and well made too.
