I bought this tape 4 months ago. It’s held my runners in place amazingly well. Today I’m moving the runner to a new spot and had to remove this tape off the floor and it came off SO easy with absolutely no residue left behind. No damage to the hardwood either. Highly recommend!

Bought 2 six foot runner rugs. This tape is amazing. Very easy to apply. It is very strong, sticky tape. Both rugs aren’t moving anywhere. Rugs were used in areas of tile flooring.

It easily fixed a split seam in my carpet, and I can vacuum over it now without it coming loose.
It’s very thin, which I guess it a good thing so your carpet doesn’t stick up
after the repair. I also used it to attach some plastic sheeting to wallboard
and it worked well. I discovered the best way to use it is to leave one
side of the backing on, then stick the other side down with the backing in place on the top.
If you remove the backing before installing, it’s so thin that it just gets all twisted up while
your poking it under the carpeting. Once the sticky side is down and it’s in place, then pull
off the backing to expose the other sticky surface and press the carpeting down on top of it.

Oooh boy. I wanted to like this. It was easy to use initially – I cut in pieces and stuck my rugs down, and it seemed to work great! Today I went to pull up the rugs for cleaning purposes l, and my foam kitchen anti fatigue mat began to pull apart when I tried to remove it from the floor. I stuck it back together with tape (see picture) I went to remove a second small rug and for some reason the tape was malleable and didn’t stay in one piece as I removed it from the floor (almost like a sticky glue type situation) it was a bear to clean and it looked like it pulled off some of the sealant on my wood floor as I cleaned it off. Not a fan. The third rug I used it on seems fine for some reason? But I’m scared that it will damage my floors so I’ll probably replace that too. Gave two stars because boy it sure has sticking power! So I guess if you’re never going to move the rugs then it’s fine!
Edit: the seller reached out to me and provided a full refund for this product after seeing my review. I have added an additional star due to the seller providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond. Although I might not recommend this item depending on your needs, I would recommend this seller!

I used two strips along the ends of my wrinkled, vintage runner (and a shorter one in the middle) and it seems VERY secure. We’ll see how easy it is to remove from my hardwood floors later, but other reviews seemed promising.

We used this for multiple rugs and safety mats for the kids and the tape works great. Very sticky and holds well. Would recommend and will buy again if ever in need.

Update: Customer service for this company offered me a full refund, which I greatly appreciate. I will not ask for a refund, as this tape works well for other things. But it’s so nice to have a company that stands by its products and I had to mention it here!

The quality is good and it sticks well. It holds to the floor very good. I fell it was appropriately priced and the width was good. It appears to be a well manufactured tape and is very functional. It is hidden under the rug so the rug has the appearance that it is just a regular mat.
