How it was printed out on the mat was misleading on the website and they did not explain that the word “the” would not be printed or the word “family” as it was shown in the picture. So I was very disappointed otherwise the mat is okay, this was a gift.

I had my mat outside for a week, and now its unreadable. Its horrible you can’t even read whats written, it all turn dark brown! I want my money and patience back. I waited over a week for an expensive product that was horrible!!

I bought the medium size mat and it turned out perfect. I was a bit reluctant at first because I was not sure how the size would turn out, but it’s honestly perfect. Great quality as seen in photos. I bought for my brother as a house warming gift. I know he will love it :).

I bought this doormat and in a week you couldn’t read what the letters said! I’ve tried to get ahold of someone from this company and apparently there’s no way to reach them. When I try to return it and select damaged it tells me it’s not returnable. Do not waste you money on this product!
