- HOW TO USE: Choose a flat and windless place, make sure that there is no breeze blowing through the burner. Ignite the top of the incense cone for about 3-4 mm, and observe whether there is smoke flowing out of the bottom hole. Align the hole at the bottom of the incense cone with the hole at the top of the incense holder to achieve the best smoke effect.
- PACKAGE INCLUDED: 1 x incense burner, 120 x incense cones, 1 x metal tweezers, 1 x mat. Please store the incense cones in a cool and dry place, to prevent them from spoiling by moisture, and to prevent the aroma from appearing peculiar smell. If it is not used for a long time, it is better to keep the cones sealed and stored.
- USAGE HINT: The burning time of each incense cone is approximately 3 to 5 minutes. For an enhanced waterfall effect, it is recommended to use 2-3 incense cones consecutively. Please note that the incense cone is made from spices and wood powder and may emit a burning wood smell when burned. (Not recommended for individuals uncomfortable with strong scents or those sensitive to fragrances.)

The color is pretty. (I got green.) The smoke doesn’t really fall as well as I had hoped and the slightest breeze blows it away.

The product does exactly as expected but the smallest amount of air flow will not allow it to work! i don’t know if that’s how it is for all incense burners but thought i should add it. Also the cones they come with smell HORRIBLE! Again, i dont know if that’s how all incense cones are or if they are just these ones. Butttt it’s very very pretty to watch sooo 4 stars.

This Incense burner is really cool. Dan smell good and it’s really neat the way they create a cascading smoke stream. The only issue I have is that the cones burn out really really fast. But they do give you a lot for the price. I wish they made much larger cones for this that would burn longer.

Item is what we expected. We use it mostly outside, so of course it has to be completely wind free for it to work as it should. I love to watch it and with my fountain waterfall going, it’s such a relaxing space!
The cones they sent are ok. They smell fairly similar. We ordered some other cones as well and all of them seem to burn down in 10 minutes, which isn’t a big deal to us.
You have to align the cone to the opening just right. It sounds like some people are having issues with that. If it’s aligned correctly, ours is just fine.

They have basic “woody, burny” smell..

Received just before going camping so had to bring it to enjoy. It pools down through the fountain best if there’s no breeze, but still very enjoyable. All the incense sticks smell nice and it adds a pleasant ambiance.

This is an absolutely beautiful burner. Works exactly like it shows on TV. Did leave quite a bit of yellow residue and used a whole piece of paper towel to clean it afterwards. Maybe it’s the oil in the cones? Anyway, the incense was nicely scented and lasted for quite some time. Definitely does not work well with windows open – any air movement disturbs the cascade of smoke. Looking forward to finding different scents to use. Also came with a cute pair of tweezers for picking up and placing the cones as well as a beautiful gold and white mat for it to sit on. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend for personal use or as a lovely gift.
