For optimal use, please gently tap to fully fluff up or put them in the dryer for 5-10 minutes to get it back to its normal full fluffy shape or EXPOSURE in the sun for 1 day to regain fluffy. The pillowcase is well sewn, and the pillow is firm and fat, but the stuffing appears to be too delicate to survive laundering.

I bought this to go inside a decorative pillow cover. It comes flat like a piece of cardboard. I took it out of the package and it fluffed up in a minute to perfect size and its very soft and fluffy . I would buy it again .
