EDITED TO ADD: I reached out to customer service and I’m so happy I did! They were exceptional and happy to help solve the problem by sending a replacement. I’m hoping the first incident was just a faulty occurrence. Either way, this company has amazing customer service and handled it promptly. I really look forward to the replacement, as it initially was a great product!
I absolutely LOVED this product initially. The brightness, the size, the fact it had a plug and not battery I operated. Unfortunately it stopped working after a short 2 months after purchasing. If there were a replacement cord, I’d happily try that as a fix. I’m disappointed I won’t be able to use it anymore.

I would have loved to have kept this, but I need an entire mirror to be 10x magnification. That’s my fault and no reflection on the quality of the mirror or size. It’s very nice and worth the money.

I love this mirror! It’s perfect on my vanity and the light settings are wonderfully adjustable. My only complaint is that the cord is a little short, so I had to get an extension cord to reach the nearest outlet. It does need to be plugged in to function. But it looks beautiful and works very well.

I recently purchased this lighted mirror and it has been a game-changer for me! (I’m also happy the mirror came packaged very well, no cracks in the mirror, chips, etc). The different brightness settings are perfect for any occasion, and the best part is that it saves your preferred brightness level for each lighting mode. It’s really easy to use and the quality of the mirror is great. The mirror is very sturdy and is fairly large (about the size of a larger laptop), and the magnification mirror with the suction cup works great. I highly recommend you give this mirror a try! ONE THING TO LOOK OUT FOR WITH THIS MIRROR: DO NOT TRY AND FORCE THE POWER CORD ALL THE WAY INTO THE MIRROR. I don’t know why but it only goes in so far. Also, after using the mirror awhile, the box to the cord and the mirror itself gets a bit warm. Nothing crazy but wanted to add this)

I can’t believe how long it took me to buy one of these. It’s amazing. I love the size, color and the adjustable light shades and dimness. It’s perfect for doing makeup. The only issue was that tiny mirro didn’t stay on.
