I am a candle maker. I purchased these to test for a new diffuser product. They do not work as well as I expected and I needed to use more in each product than planned. They will become wet with the diffuser blend but do not continue to wick the oil like expected.

I use these in small vases …adding a small amount of lemon oil. The scent is lovely.

I really like these reeds they work nicely and look great. I have just a couple it some bottles and more in others to distribute the smell. They seem to last quit a while as well. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.

A dear friend gave me an exquisite and expensive scent diffuser from an ancient Florentine apothecary. It was amazing from day one and I was crazy about the scent and friends commented how incredible my living room smelled. After many months, I noticed the scent was nearly undetectable even though the flask was at least still half full and sniffing the bottle revealed the fantastic scent was still there, it just was no longer able to make it’s way thru the 8 diffuser sticks. I wondered it perhaps they were spent and dried up, so I searched on Amazon and found many brands of sticks. I opted for these because of the price, description and reviews. I am happy to see that I replaced the sticks and now the scent is back. I’d only had maybe one or two modest very small scent diffusers with reed sticks. I never had this problem because the scent liquid was evaporated before the sticks had dried up. I’m sure I have plenty of the sticks now to last until the liquid has all but completely evaporated. I do note that these sticks are not quite as long as the ones that came with my liquid scent bottle, but they seem to be working fine.

They are sticks, they are long, they absorb oil and therefore make the smell kinda float round the room. I mean how do these things work? What can I say? Their appearance seems to be some kind of wood, cheap wood, not mahogany but very good value for money. They perform as well as a piece of cheap wood can and are possibly more durable than paper but not as much as an iron pickaxe.
